In Andrew's own words: 'I'm Andrew Kennedy , I work in Kennedys of Enniskerry, which i run with my wife Santina.
We started our business 2 years ago and have been proudly serving Java Republic Blue Earth Organic coffee to the discerning coffee drinkers of Enniskerry ever since!
I am entering the competition because I am passionate about serving the perfect coffee every time.
My favourite coffee is a Flat White . Outside of work I love the great outdoors, hillwalking and trail running, loads of opportunities here in Enniskerry!'
