Jenny Doherty
Jenny Doherty is the Java Republic 2010 Barista Champion. Jenny works at The Roastery in Ballycoolin and in her own words: Jenny says she loves mochas, as she enjoys the chocolate taste and the foam. She would love to win this year's competition to prove to herself that last year's win wasn’t a fluke. Oh, and when she's not working or shopping or hanging out with friends, she loves vegging on her bean bag at home.
