Marika Sroczynska
My name is Marika Srcozynska. I work at Gotham South (cafe, restaurant and pizzeria) in Stillorgan.
My favourite coffee is a cappuccino. The reason is the amazing, creamy foam and strong taste of the coffee even though the espresso is mixed with milk.
I would love to achieve perfection in being a barista as making the perfect coffee every time with latte art. Winning the Java Republic Barista Competition would mean a lot to me. The reasons are personal satisfaction that i can achieve this and that the coffee I make is great and people enjoy it. On a professional level it would obviously mean a lot as well.
In my spare time, i am a movie freak (have been since i was a kid) and i have a dvd collection of about 500 films. I enjoy reading books about film art and reviews. I also like to go to the movies.
