Step 1: Brew a single shot espresso & pour into the glass Step 2: Put level scoop of "The Other Bean Hot Chocolate" in to the espresso shot & mix into coffee Step 3: Add 1 pump of orange syrup Step 4: Add Latte style milk Step 5: Top with Chunky chocolate shavings

Caffe MachiatoCaffe Machiato: In Italy means "stained with". In coffee the stain refers to milk. Caffe Machiato starts life as a single or double espresso, and then it's topped-up with a small amount of milk OR foam OR both! When delivering an espresso to your customer ask them which would the prefer!

Layered Caffe LatteLayered Caffe Latte: The glass is filled with creamy, sweet steamed milk and espresso is slowly poured over the milk forming a three-layered drink. Step 1: Foam the milk as you would for a latte Step 2: Using a spoon, hold back the foam & pour in steamed milk to about 4/5ths full, now scoop thick foam to fill the glass Step 3: Brew a single shot of coffee in to a small milk jug (you will need the little spout to help achieve the layered look). Step 4: While the espresso is brewing, the milk/ foam mixture has a chance to settle into 2 layers. Once the espresso has been brewed slowly pour the coffee into the glass - you will see a layer of coffee appear between the milk & foam.
