The History of Our New Roastery

"I Traveled to San Francisco in 1995 and came across Caffe Roma on Columbus Avenue and decided I would love to have a Café and Roastery one day. Three years later (1998), we commissioned  Stephen Opperman and Associates to draw the first concept of the Roastery and the original image was created. In 2005 we commissioned Laura Farrell of Scudding Clouds, to create the next concept to turn the idea in to a reality" David McKernan

Having spent 3 years with Douglas Wallace we will open our Roastery on October the 1st 2008, 13 years after visiting its inspiration in San Francisco, Caffe Roma.
