LOCAL WATER FOR LOCAL CHARITY CAMPAIGN

As part of our Corporate Social Investment Programme Java Republic has invested in a specialised water system which filters the local water to a high standard in their The Roastery coffee house. The water is purified by using naturally occurring ceramic earths, ion exchange and ultra violet light.  The water has a clarity and taste that is unbeatable.

The water is bottled in a specially sourced bottle that is reusable.  Customers are given the quality bottled water for free with their meal at The Roastery but are encouraged to donate €1 to support Focus Ireland's work to combat and prevent homelessness.

We have chosen Alyward Green.  Alyward Green in Finglas provides families in crisis with short-term accommodation.  Families can stay in the accommodation for nine months and are given the support they need to overcome any issues.  Creche facilities are available to families with young children and there are programmes and projects to assist the families and children.

All money raised will be put towards projects like the summer programmed at Alyward Green which means children can enjoy things they may not otherwise be able to - such as a trip to the zoo or the beach.

We would like to thank all those who have contributed towards this worthy cause.  We have raised:
