Use of our website and purchase terms and conditions: Orders: All our coffee, tea, hot chocolate is available to order on-line.You are most welcome to phone through orders and collect them from The Roastery should you choose. Our range of products is also available to purchase from The Roastery Coffee Shop.
The range of products is currently available for purchase on the island of Ireland.

Orders:
All our coffee, tea, hot chocolate is available to order on-line.You are most welcome to phone through orders and collect them from The Roastery should you choose. Our range of products is also available to purchase from The Roastery Coffee Shop.
Pricing and Postage
Our pricing is exclusive of packing, postage and delivery. You will have an opportunity at each purchase stage to assess the costs and before your order goes through you will be advised of the total cost (inclusive of postage & packaging)
We have two choices for postage: regular postage through An Post and Track and Trace Postage. You will be requested to choose your preferred method of postage at checkout. Please note that we do not compensate for An Post delivery that has not been received.
Please note that should you be purchasing from outside of Ireland your postage may be more than indicated. Should this be the case, one of our staff will contact you and advise you before progressing the order further.
Payment:
Should you order online, payment will be required in the form of Paypal or credit card. This will also apply if you chose to phone your order through. If you purchase directly from The Roastery Coffee House, payment may be made in the form of a cheque, credit card, laser card or cash.
Delivery:
Our aim is to despatch your order by close of business on the day that you placed your order. You should receive your order within two to five working days throughout the island of Ireland. If you are ordering from further a field, please allow for a period of fourteen days. Your delivery may take longer during peak mail periods (Easter and Christmas.)
Returns and Refunds:
Should you be unsatisfied with the contents of your order please contact us on mailorder@javarepublic.com or speak to Jessica within 24 hours of receipt of your order on 00 353 1 8809300.
We do not refund or exchange product if it was ordered incorrectly through our website.
Customer Service:
We will advise customers through email should one of our products be out of stock when you place the order. We will place this item on back-order and confirm delivery with you via email.
