COVID Response Team
We have appointed an internal trained Response Team. This team are responsible for implementing our COVID Response Plan which has been devised in line with government recommendations.
Should you come in contact with one of our customer-facing teams such as Delivery Drivers, Quality, Service and Sales Reps, you can rest assured that they have undergone specific training regarding health & safety, social distancing and correct use of PPE.
Service & Support As Your Business Reopens
We have provided a list of guidelines to our customers relating to the restarting of your coffee machines if they have been turned off for an extended period of time. We have adapted our workplace to facilitate social distancing measures. This includes the “zoning” of office spaces with minimised movement between zones, as well as clear restrictions on visitor access to office spaces.
COVID Induction Plan
All Java Republic staff will undergo a COVID-19 Induction Plan upon their return to work. This will ensure all employees are fully briefed on the new guidelines and procedures implemented in the workspace.
We have created a Contact Tracing procedure in the event that a staff member is diagnosed with COVID-19. We are confident that our COVID Response Team will be able to quickly identify and inform close contacts of a known case.
