Dublin Coffee Festival is returning to the RDS this April (10–12th), and it’s shaping up to be another incredible celebration of coffee culture in Ireland.
The festival offers a unique insight into the bustling Irish coffee scene. From innovative brands like ourselves 😉, to the excitement of the SCA Brewers Cup, it’s a weekend packed with creativity, flavour, and community for coffee lovers and industry professionals.
What’s New This Year?
One exciting addition to the 2026 festival is the Industry Day, taking place on Friday the 10th from 4pm–7pm. This dedicated session will bring together those working across the coffee industry for networking, learning, and celebrating everything happening in the Irish coffee scene. We’re looking forward to welcoming friends, partners, and fellow coffee enthusiasts.
Visit the Java Republic Stand
The Java Republic stand will be back – same location, same look and feel – but with a new energy! We’ll be bringing the good coffee and great vibes all weekend long. Will you?
Ever wanted to try your hand at a traditional machine and make your own coffee? Head over to our stand where our team will be doing demos and teaching you the best techniques for pulling that perfect espresso and perfecting your latte art.
We’ll also be launching a new coffee on our brew bar across the weekend.
Our quality team will be brewing a Natural Costa Rican single origin called Don Rolando. This coffee is vibrant, expressive, and showcases the unique flavours that natural processing can bring to Costa Rican coffee. Boasting an SCA score of 87.75 and tasting notes of melted white chocolate, macadamia nuts, blueberries and pineapple.
Stop by the brew bar to taste it and chat with our team!
Not Feeling the Caffeine?
If you’ve reached your caffeine limit, don’t worry… we’ve got you covered.
We’ll be serving our Swiss Water Decaf on the barista bar, along with a range of our organic teas for anyone looking to take five and relax.
Choose from favourites like:
- Peppermint
- Camomile
- Jasmine

Giveaways & Surprises
Last year the stakes were high at our stand when we raffled off a Sage Dual Boiler machine.
This year, expect more exciting giveaways and surprises across the weekend, so make sure to stop by and see what’s up for grabs.
And that’s not all… 👀
We’re also giving away 2 tickets for Sunday over on our TikTok and Instagram, so head over to our socials for your chance to win!
Good luck!
Industry Friends and Partners
Dublin Coffee Festival is also a great opportunity to reconnect with many of the partners and peers who make the Irish coffee community so special. Some of our collaborators will be there too including sustainable innovators Bean Around, who we previously partnered with to repurpose used coffee grounds into handmade soap. You’ll also find Matcha Ninja, whose premium matcha we proudly use across our matcha menu, and La Marzocco, the iconic espresso machine manufacturer known for their beautifully designed and innovative machines. It’s always inspiring to see what our friends across the industry are bringing to the festival.

If you’re travelling to Dublin for the festival and extending your trip into Friday or Monday, we have a must-visit spot for coffee lovers.
Just a short trip from Dublin Airport, you’ll find the Java Republic Roastery & Café in Dublin 15. Our space features floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the roastery, giving you a behind-the-scenes view of our roasting team at work while you enjoy a coffee.
It’s the perfect place to experience how our coffee comes to life and a great stop before heading to or from the airport.
